• 1995 Graduated from the Faculty of Medicine, The University of Tokyo; joined the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology at The University of Tokyo Hospital
• 1998 Appointed Vice Director of a major cosmetic surgery clinic
• 2002 Appointed Head of Cosmetic Dermatology at the same clinic
• 2007 Appointed Head of Clinical Services at the same clinic, having previously served as Medical Director of its Mito and Chiba clinics
• 2009 Founded Akiko Clinic and became its Medical Director
• 2013 Established Eiryokai Medical Corporation and became its Chairperson while continuing as Medical Director of Akiko Clinic
• 2022 Established Aki Lab®, an academic and clinical training organization
• 2024 Appointed Supervising Physician at Rei Beauty Dermatology Clinic and Medical Advisor to the Dermatology and Plastic Surgery Group of Ten-yukai Medical Corporation
• 2026 Appointed Board Director of Ranunculus Medical Corporation
